🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery for:
✔ Unopened items in original packaging with seals intact
✔ Damaged/defective items (report within 48 hours)
🚫 Non-Returnable:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items (marked "non-refundable")

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MaxPerfumestore.com (the "Site"), you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Site.
2. Account Registration
- Retail Customers: Must be ≥18 years old with valid payment.
- Wholesale Clients: Must provide:
✔ Valid business license
✔ Tax ID/EIN
✔ Approved wholesale application
3. Orders & Payments
- Retail (USA Only):
- Prices in USD. Sales tax applied where required.
- Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
- Wholesale (Worldwide):
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): $3,000+ per order.
- Pre-payment terms.
4. Shipping & Delivery

- Wholesale Note: Customs/duties are buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Retail: Follow our Return Policy.
- Wholesale: No returns.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:

❌ Use bots/scrapers to extract pricing
❌ Claim counterfeit products originated from us
7. Intellectual Property
- All content (logos, product images) is owned by MaxPerfume.
- Unauthorized use triggers legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
MaxPerfume is not liable for:
- Indirect damages (lost profits)

- Wholesale client resale issues

1. WHOLESALE ELIGIBILITY
- Approval Required: Valid business license, resale certificate, and EIN/Tax ID.
- Restrictions: No sales to embargoed regions (OFAC compliance).
2. ORDER MINIMUMS & DISCOUNT TIERS

Key Rules for Discounted Lots:
- Quantities/selection predetermined (no splits).
- Full prepayment required.
- "All-or-None" fulfillment (partial shipments void discount).
3. PAYMENT & PRICING
- Payment Terms:
- Payments are accepted via Wire Transfer, ACH (preferred), Stripe, and PayPal.
- Wire Transfer Fees: Note that receiving wire transfers may incur fees charged by traditional banks. Domestic transfers typically have fees ranging from $0 to $15, while international transfers may incur fees of $15 to $50. Please verify with your bank for specific charges.
- A 3% Credit Card fee applies to payments made via credit cards, Stripe, or PayPal.
- Price Changes: A 30-day notice will be provided for price increases exceeding 5%.
4. SHIPPING & RISK
- Shipping Terms (FOB Origin): All shipments are delivered FOB Origin, meaning the buyer assumes responsibility for freight costs and risk once the goods leave the point of origin.
- Delivery Locations: Shipments may be delivered to free trade zones (FTZs) or as FOB, depending on the origin of the goods.
- Overstock Note: No cancellations once purchased.
5. RETURNS & DEFECTS
- Standard Orders: 15% restocking fee (within 14 days).
- Overstock/Specials: Final sale (exceptions only for FDA non-compliance).
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Not liable for delays due to: supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or Acts of God.
7. TERMINATION
Accounts suspended for:
- Chargeback abuse
- MAP violations (>3 strikes)
- Non-payment >7 days
